Best buying experience here! Easy going, knowledgeable staff and great range of cars. Grahame was a champion dealer who really knew his stuff, and got us a great deal with warranties etc! Miranda was also very helpful, and the dealership organised flowers and a bow on pickup of vehicle - totally unexpected and definitely made buying my first car special! Couldnt recommend Sainsburys more

Very disappointedPurchased Isuzu MUX this yrI have 2 issues1. When I hit a bump - car jumps across the road so dangerous was told by service dept that it is light in the backend and if you put some extra weight like a bag of sand it would be better ???2. MP3 music on USB - have played in numerous other vehicles. This is screeching randomly and stops working. Was told by Service Dept. that maybe the files are too large ???I have messaged the salesman re: these issues.- Just ignoring me.This is the 2nd car I have purchased off Sainsbury - very disappointed

Didn't get vehicle, however staff, general manager were very helpful, informative, no pressure and so much more a pleasant experience than Orange Subaru dealer. Worth the trip! Very understanding and helpful.

I purchased my first brand new car from here and to say that the salesman Gill went to great lengths to satisfy both me and my partner is an understatement. Addressing all our concerns every step through the buy process right through till now after we have owned the vehicle for sometime.
