I have to say after having my car repaired there three times that the service and standard of workman and the finished job that levens is a top rate repair and you get your car when promised or they contact you to arrange next time to pick it up. VERY GOOD PLACE TO HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED..
Unfortunately I can't rate this place a Zero so have to give them on star. I recently took my car here for an insurance repair that was quoted to be a week or 2 at most, after having my car for almost 2 months and attempting to repair my car to the brand new status it was before the accident I was left with having to take the car with more damage than it had when it went in for repair and take a money compensation from the NRMA for the damage levens did to my car. the value of my car is basically nothing since their handy work. if you have options take your vehicle elsewhere.
Low quality, rushed and dodgy job overall. Never gets the paint right, could not fit a bumper properly with the sensors fitted loosely. Interior leather of my car smudged and carelessly wiped leaving marks. Never going back or recommending that place.
Was told to make appointment just to get a quote which would have been a week later then there was an 8 week wait after that for the repairs to start. Save yourself time and money and visit a real local smash repairer who will happily get your job done straight away and support local business
Had a great experience with Leven Smash Repairs. The girls in the front office were so helpful and accommodating. My car repairs were completed quicker than expected and they made the process extremely easy to handle. Would definitely recommend them!
