LOVE F45 Dubbo, the trainers are so personable and motivating, theres so much variety in every week to give an all round work out. The convenience of session times and intensity of the 45 minute work out means theres no excuse. I am more motivated than ever and look forward to these classes so much! Game change
Thank you so much for bringing F45 to Dubbo! It is such a great and easy way to exercise and keep on top of my fitness. The 8 week challenge definitely changed my lifestyle and the way I view both fitness and healthy eating. Can't recommend it highly enough!

If it wasn't for F45 coming to Dubbo in September last year I wouldn't be where I am health wise today.. I am fitter, stronger and healthier than I have been in 15 years.. F45 Dubbo is like a family. Supportive but also who give you that kick up the butt when needed..
