As always with Micy D's fast service and very polite staff!
Waited 20 minutes to be exact just for 1 Mc Chicken, that's totally ridiculous because I just wanted to have a quick bite on my way to work, and because of being served late I got late for work. Otherwise, it's Mcdonalds we know everything.
Ill premise this review by emphasising, ITs A MCDONALDS. So dont expect fine dining. Having said that, its a very well designed Maccas, and feels more like a cafe than most. The manager has done a great job creating character and warmth in what is a stagnant fast food chain.
As an infrequent McDonald's customer i find the new trend of having to order at an automated menu being thrust upon customers daunting to say the least.It is also stressful to say the least on staff who to date on the three occasions i have visited the stores whilst on holiday in NSW and Victoria the staff have ranged from rude to extremely helpful to a stressed out manager.Surely in this day and age customers should have the right to choose how they wish to be served.It woould make sense if after taking the extra time to navigate the system you got priority service but as i discovered after ordering a coffee at the menu board, the people who ordered at the counter got served first.Management need to rethink this one real quick.
Staff member was very helpful. Milkshake was as yummy as usual. Hotcakes - as usual - were far from HOT! Doesn't seem to matter which store you go to, whether you request takeaway or eat in - the hotcakes are always just luke warm... Surely, there's some way to keep food hot if not freshly prepared? Maybe next time will be better?
