I have been attending weekly studio Pilates classes at Precision Health since I first moved to Dubbo about 18 months ago. I have found all the staff there to be friendly yet professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. As a yoga teacher, its important to me to keep my body balanced and although I attend a small group class, I have an individualised program to help me reach my goals and target my weaker areas. Every class is different so I never get bored and I have seen significant, measureable improvements in my progress while having a great time.
