Recently, I sold my house with century 21 and agent told me that buyer want early settlement therefore I signed legal document to vacate the property on requested date because I was informed that century21 will organise rental property for me. Later on, I applied for rental property applications then they rejected my applications. I had only 2 days left to vacate the property. When I approach to Mark Searle, he said we cant do anything. I found Mark rude and arrogant person, I would not recommend anyone to deal with century21. Unexperienced and unprofessional team, I give them zero star rating if there is any option.
