One star for water tap and power worked. Scruffy park and very run down amenities. The site across from us had a ripped tent with a large collection of mattresses and old furniture out side it. Park owner had to take to dump. Drug stuff inside it. The next site another abandoned tent, the Hazmat team had to check it and the health Dept. Wouldn't go in. A lot of ancient crumpled caravans live here too.
I think a great park so close to CBD great manager very helpful. Old but i found very clean amenties no bells or whistles but cheap price. Only smll park lots of permanents but great people. Does need a bit of TLC but has a new worker trying to get this done now.
Had to stay because we broke down with a caravan in tow. WORST experience.. The park is dirty... Alot of homeless permanents in tents and vans. Rubbish around their accommodation. .. noisy.. toilets dirty with no locks and not cleaned all weekend... No toilet paper... Afraid to leave anything outside of van.. owners not pleasant...would not recommend to anyone.. avoid it at all cost and enjoy your stay....

We stayed there on Saturday 28/7/18 and it was a terrible night with permanents in park allowed to swear and scream most of the night.The facilities are dirty and locks on toilets broken. No soap, hand towels or hand dyers.The office entrance should have told me not to go ahead with the booking.When I mentioned this to manager on leaving he told me owner wont give enough money for improvements. The whole place should come under some sort of standards either by Dubbo Council or Caravan Association.Health standards are nil.
