Store was quiet no radio or music playing I had a baby in toe one register open and a bland customer service cashier she called for assistance no one came seems tho the staff need some training Ra ge isn't very well and can be overpriced.
I visited during summer and it was unbearably hot in store, I was so uncomfortable that I had to leave. I really felt sorry for the staff members who were covered in sweat and said they were "used to it". Would have spent considerable money here but I found a lot of advertised items were not available or in store signage regarding specials was misleading.
Fantastic range of products, however, on every occasion I've been to this store, the customer service has been appalling. Lack of staff on the floor to assist with questions, cashier wait close to 10 minutes, and when holding many items, without explanation of how much longer the wait will be, I nearly walked out, as I've done on previous occasions. No acknowledgment to anybody about the wait time, nor any inclination to open up another register. It's understandable why more and more people are shopping online.
