Old man is very rude and disrespectful to his customers I wouldnt take my car there again.
Do not take your car here! Over priced and lacking completely in customer service. If I could do 0 stars I would.Worst mechanic I have ever been to (if you can call them mechanics). Firstly the customer service was lacking close beyond repair. Very arrogant, treating myself, my father and the two friends I had with me with such disrespect youd think he was speaking to animals. The fault on my car was the spark plugs. Which took him a near 2 days to actually discover what the problem was. Any decent mechanic would only take a few short hours to analyse the car, spot the issue and fix it. And i understand it gets busy. But a quick ring saying there busy, or parts havent arrived yet; would have made me a little more at ease. When I arrived to pick my car up; the mechanics there noticed I was there, but did not bother to even say hello. I only got a response when I started walking towards one of them working which then he decided to talk to me. The total charge was $285. $115 for labour, $110 for the cost of spark plugs, and $60 for the scan test. Which is dramatically expensive considering I could have bought spark plugs for $50 tops if I had ordered them. Also considering every other mechanic Ive gone to have never charged that high amount. When I payed, grabbed my keys and got in my car; the handbrake was down and if I didnt notice straight away that the car was moving back I would have hit the car parked behind me.Please if you dont want to be treated unfairly and like an animal DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! you will regret it!
