Parkside dental is a family friendly, we travel from out of town and have the whole family seen on the same day. My kids see the dental therapist (Emma), my wife and I see the dental hygienist (Jennie) and received a dental exam from the dentist (Dr Ali). Everyone is very friendly, caring and compassionate. It is great that we have now found our long term Dubbo dental practice.
Having previously had a bad experience with another local dentist, I went to Parkside Dental feeling very nervous and apprehensive, however, my fears and anxieties were very quickly put at ease. The Dental care team were kind, gentle and friendly. They answered every one of my questions whilst providing me with exceptionally high quality service. I have recommended this practice to many friends and won't hesitate to do so in the future - especially to those like me who have fears of the dentist.
As my first dental visit the staff were very lovely and understand as i was a bit nervous.Jennie and Dr Ali both very friendly and took into consideration about my concerns that i had. i got shown the proper way to clean my teeth and they even taught me how to floss! They made me a treatment plan on the prices,how many appointments i need and how long it will take, Will recommend this practice to anyone! I am definitely coming back for my future appointments
The team at Parkside Dental were all very caring and friendly at our last visit for our family of 6. Jennie and Dr Ali were both very professional and explained our treatment in detail to my Husband and myself.Emma was fantastic and very patient with our 4 children aged 10, 7, 5 and 2.We are very proud to say we are patients of Parkside Dental Surgery.
