Over all i was satisfied with this medical centre. I had to wait 40 min but that didnt bother me . Once i got in the dr was very nice and got me sorted
Busy but doctors and nurses were friendly and helpful.
Can be a bit of a wait, however that is expected as it is the only bulk billed place and there are a lack of doctors available. However doctors and staff are friendly and helpful and alert despite the high number of patients and lack of staff. Dr Karataev was informative and reassuring.
If I could give negative I would. MASSIVE in size, SMALL in staff. 1hr ETA turnes in to 3hrs, with 7 people in front still; even had time to so a grocery shop, go home unpack and still waiting. Get some Doctors to fill the empty offices to increase Dr to Patient ratio. Absolute Joke.
Called the medical centre at 9am and got told its only a 1 hour wait. Not too bad right? Got here at 9:30am and still sitting here at 12:10pm with 4 people still in front of us. Firstly, the receptionist shouldnt lie on the phone and tell people the incorrect wait time and secondly, where are the other doctors? Understandable that theres 1 doctor on and a lot of people waiting to be seen, but if there were more doctors working, people wouldnt be sitting around getting cranky for so long and the one doctor wouldnt be under so much pressure to get through so many people on his own.
