Like all JBHIFI's it a great store with a wide range of electronics
Tried to purchase a Miele Blizzard CX1 Cat & Dog Bagless Vacuum and get a friend to pick it up, but the store would not take payment over the phone. I live in Bourke that is roughly about 350km away from Dubbo, so it is difficult to travel down there all the time. Contacted Dubbo Harvey Norman who were more than happy to complete the purchase over the phone. Will not be shopping there again anytime soon.
Just good. Nothing much.. very very busy.. so hard to get help from the staff. Low staff maintainance. Sometimes tests our patience, not knowing which side to go !
Bad customer service. Shop assistant was serving us wasn't sure if they stocked what we needed and went to ask another employee , said assistant that was servings us never came back and we went looking for her , found her serving someone else. Needless to say they lost a sale as we wanted to buy something else also .
I had a wonderful experience here recently. It's was served by Mohammad who was knowledgeable, honest and friendly.
