Went to Officeworks today and as much as I love Officeworks it drives me insane going there when you have staff members look at you see you need help and then talk amongst themselves. ( customer service employees with no customer service)
They all stand around at the door and all separately ask what you are seeking but dont actually serve you. It also felt like they wanted to frisk me in and out. One staff member doing nothing simply seemed to want to sneer. Cashier was fine but the rest had attitude issues.
What is it that we have to pay for wrapping. Please don't tell me that it's best for the environment. What if I fell down at your shop stores exit because I could not handle all the items I had brought and had permanent damage. Your court cost would far exceed the saving made on cost cutting on wrapping. Today's retail business experience has a lot to be desired. Bring back to good old days that service was everything.
