I booked the Quest for its central location in Dubbo, close to the main st. When I checked in the receptionist were really friendly and helpful. I had booked a studio and upgraded to a 1 bed apartment which I found to be really comfortable, spacious and quiet. There is good secure car parking onsite. The only thing that I found disappointing and have not given a 5 star rating is that they take full payment 2 days before arrival due to a 48 hr non refundable terms of conditions, even though I booked a fully flexible reservation rate. I wasn't expecting this amount to be charged before I checked in and I don't believe that it is good practice to take full payment before check in. Other than the prepayment thing I absolutely can recommend staying here as fabulous so just know that they will take full payment and be prepared. :-)
We stayed in a nice, clean and most importantly cool room. The location was great, near restaurant, shops and the river. The staff are friendly and has undercover parking which is good especially in this hot weather.
Hole in the door, dirty carpets, dirty cutlery, windows sills and skirting boards full of dust! The place was filthy!! Will never stay again! There are were 7 of us and this was the same felling between us all. Oh and the rooms smelt bad. There were hand prints on the shower screen. Doonas were stained.
Great location. Tidy rooms with all the facilities you would expect from a modern hotel.
Good location to the zoo. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Ideal for families. Probably a little on the pricey side but happy with what we paid for. Free parking and wifi were a bonus. Thanks for a good stay
