Located right next to the zoo, plenty of birds and kangaroos around. Its nice, quiet, clean and tidy.The kitchen was a little smaller than I thought but still enough to make a simple meal.If you are planning to have BBQ at night make sure that you arrange pre-book it with reception.Stars were beautiful around the area, make sure you make some times to drive around at night to see some stars.
Good sized 2 bedroom cabins but no air conditioning in bedrooms, only fans which are not enough in hot days. Very hard to sleep in summer because it's so hot in bedrooms even with fans working maximum speed. Air conditioning in kitchen/living only. Poor cleaning. No microwave. Wildlife: cangurus and different species of birds. 2 day stay has free breakfast and bbq hamper for 1 day. Didn't like the sausages nor the bread.. salad was nice. Pay attention to what's in the fridge.. not all items belong to free hamper and are very expensive.Bbq was missing on arrival and batteries on remote control were not working but issues solved immediately by a friendly staff.
Great family accommodation. Zoo animals are about 400m away, but you can clearly make out the rhinos Giraffes zebras etc. Kangaroo graze just a couple of meters off the cabin, and there is plenty of birdife. The room was well set out with kitchenette and table etc. Highly recommended.
Lovely & clean cabins. They over looked a lovely bush land area but the animals were a long way away so that was a little disappointing. It looked the were building an animal enclosure closer to these cabins but had stopped. If I went again I would choose the cabins closer to the pride lands.
