A friend organised our cruise & travel arrangements through We Know Travel. From our flight out of Dubbo back to Dubbo after nearly 3 weeks away, I could not fault one of the arrangements. Transfers, hotels , cruise, & not to mention the company I travelled with were all spot on. Thank you We Know Travel , well done.
We originally booked a cruise for four though this We Know Travel office, and they were very knowledgeable about they best time to book, what extras are worth including, and providing other information that would help first time cruisers.Unfortunately, we had no choice but to cancel our booking - through no fault of We Know Travel. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were very understanding of our circumstances, and at no stage did they make us feel we were wasting their time.We will definitely be booking through this office again when we get the chance.
Review by my wife Ros: Booked a holiday with our daughter to America through We know travel. Our holiday was spoiled by booking through this agency. We ordered specific currency, and were assured it would be ordered ,it wasn't. Our train left 2 hours before the time they had on our itinerary. There was no information supplied on one of our hotels, address etc. Because of the time difference we had to wait around for hours to get the information. We specified 4 star and above, nothing under 3 star hotels. We were booked into Days Inn San Antonio 2 star disgusting hotel. I have supplied the name so you can read the reviews. The temperature was in the minus. The heater didn't work,one bed had no blanket. the power points didn't work. Only one light worked, the shower was a nightmare as the taps were broken. The floor was sticky. Towels thread bare. It was horrible. The owner/director only gave excuses as to why the errors occurred, implied we had lost the information on the hotel even though the pages are numbered and plain to see there is no page with the hotel information. She did not own or apologise for any of the errors and the stress her agency inflicted on us. They deserve less than one star. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
