This review is by my wife Ros. who booked a trip to America with our daughter. Our holiday to America was spoiled by booking through this agency. Our Train left 2 hours before the time on itinerary. No information was provided on one of our hotels, and because of time difference, we had to wait around for hours to find out where the hotel was. We asked for 4 star hotels or higher nothing less than 3 star. We were booked into San Antonio days inn Alamo, Riverwalk which is 2 star. Read the reviews- it is disgraceful. The temp was in the minuses. The heater didn't work. There was no blanket on one of the beds, the shower was a nightmare as the tap was broken. The power points didn't work, the floor was sticky. The towels were thread bare. It was horrible. We ordered specific currency we were assured it would be ordered, it wasn't. The owner/director only gave excuses to why the errors occurred .Implied we lost the information on our hotel even though pages are numbered, and there was no page with hotel info on it. Did not own or apologise for any of the errors and the stress her agency inflicted on us. They deserve less than one star.. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
