Great experience it here! 7 minute drive into town its nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of it all sometimes. Definitely a place for families - pool and volleyball court were a lot of fun.
wasnt happy with the way we got greeted. keys were left in letterbox for us to find them. money got taken out of my account when i wasnt told. i read in the website that you pay when you get there, which obviously isnt true! floor was dirty and sticky. comforter set on the bed had chewing gum on it. sheets were not clean. looked like they hadnt been washed! blood on the shower head. cups were dirty. sweat marks on the pillow! only plus was the aircon
We stayed in the delux family unit. It came with dead insects on the floor, food and insects between the sheets, hair everywhere (bundles of hair on window sills and in between sheets), food left in the microwave, and dirty cloths for washing up. There were only 3 towels provided and no iron. When contacted about providing an iron, administration still hasnt replied. The previous occupant had left behind a mascara wand. The plates, cups and cutlery were dirty. We found rice from the previous occupant in the microwave. The bunk bed mattresses were as hard as rocks. The doona for the queen bed had holes. The pillows were terrible. The toilet ran constantly and flushed only occasionally. The shower was a one stream wonder and sprayed across bathroom floor. There was no access to the pool and apparently, no administrative shop as advertised. No cleaning utensils were provided. There was no smoke alarm. It was terrible all round.
This place is very simple; you get what you pay for. For $70 you get a room (very clean) with 7 lumpy uncomfortable beds, no sheets, and very little bathroom privacy with communal bathrooms and showers. It would be an okay stay if it was a last option, unfortunately last night, it wasnt.
Had a late check-in which was arranged easily. The air conditioner was left on for us which was great. The shower was small but amazing to use, great pressure and temperature. Everything needed for our quick stay and everything you need for a longer stay. Comfortable and affordable. Thank you.
